01Can you customize my logo?
Yes. Send your logo or artwork, preferred dimensions and the intended application. Material, color, lighting and mounting details can then be discussed.
02What information should I send for a quotation?
Please include your logo or drawing, approximate dimensions, quantity, destination country and installation requirements. A reference photo is also helpful.
03Can you produce Arabic letters?
Send your Arabic artwork in a vector format if available. We will review the letter shapes, connections and fabrication requirements before confirming the design.
04Do you support custom sizes and colors?
Size, color and finish options can be selected according to the design, material and production requirements. Final specifications are confirmed before production.
05Can products be used outdoors?
Outdoor options can be reviewed according to the project. Tell us about sunlight, heat, dust, exposure and mounting conditions so suitable materials and lighting components can be considered.
06Do you provide installation guidance?
Mounting details and installation guidance can be discussed for your order. Please share the wall structure, electrical requirements and installation conditions. Local installation arrangements should be confirmed separately.
07Can I send a reference photo?
Yes. A reference image is a useful starting point. Include approximate dimensions and tell us which details you would like to reproduce or change.
08How do I get a quotation?
Use the inquiry form to prepare an email, or email us directly with your project details. Pricing, production timing and shipping arrangements are confirmed after the requirements are reviewed.
